NATIONAL CUSTOMER
SATISFACTION INDEX

The National Customer Satisfaction Index (NCSI), co-developed by the Korea Productivity Center (KPC) and Michigan University which developed the American Customer Satisfaction Index, is an index model indicating the degree of customers’ satisfaction of the products or services about customer expectations, perceived quality level, perceived value level, comprehensive satisfaction level, customer’s complaint level, customer loyalty, and customer retention rates.

NATIONAL BRAND
COMPETITIVENESS INDEX

The NBCI (National Brand Competitiveness Index), developed by the Korea Productivity Center (KPC), is an index produced as the sum of brand awareness formed through marketing, brand image and relationship on a scale of 100. It can estimate brand competitiveness, purchase intention, and brand loyalty depending on the changes of marketing activities.

KOREA BRAND POWER
INDEX

Korea Brand Power Index (K-BPI), surveyed by the Korea Management Association (KMA), is an index based on the survey of customer awareness and loyalty of the brand for each company. The index is used to predict the influence of the company, the relative competitiveness, and growth in the future market.
